About us

The story of Perfectie @ Home started in 2011.

 That is when Bart Valgaeren took over the business from his brother. His goal was simple: to become the reference in the field of cleaning services in the region of Antwerp, Limburg and Vlaams-Brabant. To reinforce this ambitious goal, existing growth was supported by several acquisitions. Meanwhile, Perfectie @ Home has six locations.

Despite these growth targets, we never lost sight of customer satisfaction. We continuously invest in our people. This way, we guarantee a carefree ironing and cleaning experience. With an average satisfaction score of 96%, we can safely say that we succeeded in this aim.

This is how our cooperation works

For new customers, we are happy to provide more information on the service cheques system. How does this work? What are the advantages? We will answer all your questions.

Then we will make a home visit. We will drop by to discuss your wishes and needs. If there are any particular concerns, we will take these into account during the cleaning process.

You decide when we visit. Weekly or two-weekly at fixed times? For a short period because your job is demanding all of your time? The choice is yours.

New employees who start work are accompanied by an experienced cleaning help for the first few days. In this way, you, the customer, can be sure that the end result is always perfect.

Is your regular cleaning helper temporarily absent, for example due to illness? Then we will propose a replacement ourselves. We will not leave you out in the cold.


Good to know; at Perfectie @ Home you can easily combine a cleaning help with an ironing service. That’s two birds with one stone.


900+ employees

Meanwhile, Perfectie @ Home has more than 900 employees. Our team is very diverse, with cleaning assistants of all ages and nationalities. Our people are our biggest asset. That is why we spend a lot of time on the composition of our team, training and in-service training.

Application. The job interview is the first meeting between you and Perfectie @ Home. We initially look at whether you are a good fit for our company – with the right motivation and skills.

Training. Experienced cleaning assistants can start working almost immediately. New employees will get a training of between 9 and 18 hours. We teach you all the tricks of the trade, for example:


  • How do I make a plan of action?
  • What is the best way to clean each room?
  • How do I communicate with customers?
  • What are the different cleaning products?
  • How do I work ergonomically?

In-service training. At Perfectie @ Home we continuously invest in your skills. Because standing still is going backwards. In additional training sessions you will learn about new products and cleaning techniques so that you can meet any challenge.
